Well  might be because there ARE A LOT MORE HIGH PAYING JOBS down there!     

But it does look like a great place for sure!

I've always dreamed about a place like this, with my own dock in the backyard! ...still a dream; not reality. But that place looks sweet, even if the HOA is steep.    One of my coworkers relocated to Minnesota...you should see what $500K buys there, it looks like a 5 million dollar home.

Yes, and lots of great fishing in MN too. My brother lives in Omaha, and $500k would buy a mansion there.
