FreshKATS Clearlake 2015, October 24

This event is just 10 weeks away folks, we are working on some great raffle prizes and I am really looking forward to what TOADS can be pulled from the Clear Lady this year!


Camping will be first come first serve at the state park, but this time of year there's usually plenty opf space. 


Launch will be from the state park beach there in the park, and some of the campsites have water access so you can paddle from your site to the muster area

wish i could join, but unfortunately for me i will be in southern baja chasing marlin, dorado, rooster fish etc from the kayak, instead of monster clear lake bass, poor, poor me  , have fun guys, cameron

One month to go, I know there fires out there have been rough, but the weather is cooling down and the big momma's should be getting ready to feast before winter.  This will be a great way to get into the fall fishing season and pick up a few more points for any AOTY guys

I always suck so badly reading the fish on CL! but, fall bass I understand. I swore I'd never go again to CL! but, I'm looking at the calendar! What the Hell is going on! but, all my friends will be there! I might talk myself into coming to CL! But, for those on the fence waiting, don't! I think this time, this date, this tourney, is going to be epic as far as size of bass caught. If calendar works out I'll be there just to see the pigs on the troughs...

Did someone say AOTY? Lol I may attend this event. Gotta look at the schedule and logistics.

The fishing will turn around by then..It's going to Epic.. There's going to be some impressive scores I'm sure..Big Catfish,  big crappie,  big bluegill,  and of course the Bass. ..it's anybody game. Excited for this one...Can't wait

Oh hell ya! I was talking to a guy that fishes for crappie in Oct and he says he's caught some huge bluegill and they're are a ton of 'em. It's going to be interesting to see who grabs the last 3 remaining spots for the Tournament of Champions at the Port. I love the diversity of quality anglers we've built, the port is going to be a slug fest for sure
