I got a head unit from a trade. Now just need the ducer.
Also found out this is the only ducer that would sit flush to the OK scupper hole.

DSI? Which model?

Chet, that transducer will ONLY work with the DSI models. Which FF model is it? I may have a spare transducer.
Here's a pic of all the Lowrance transducers lined up side by side. I know the regular (old) 83/200mHz transducer fits flush in the OK transducer scupper hole...second from right in pic below.

He's going with a DSI only model; Elite 4 DSI, I beleive.  Use for diving/structure rather than straight up 'fishing'.

If you can't find a used one, they cost about $70-80 bucks new. But for another $30 you can just get the Elite 3X DSI fishfinder, which comes with a DSI transducer...then you'll have a backup/spare head unit too. Just throwing it out there.

I thought about that too.  People are upgrading to Chirp, may be they have it around unused somewhere.
