I'm on vacation all week and plan to hit San Pablo on Friday the 29th.

Here's the tides:  http://www.mobilegeographics.com:81/locations/2076.html?y=2006&m=12&d=29

Plan to launch at China Camp around 8:30 or so.

Any takers?

If weather doesn't cooperate, will repeat effort on Saturday.

Steve that sounds good where are you going to perch? are 9-10' swells OK?
Group IQ is inversely proportional to the size of the group.

A Steelhead always knows where he is going, but a Man seldom does.

if perchin is the ticket, then it'll be stinson-- 9-12 is fine. This big swell now should have carved out the beach nice and pretty like....
with the forecast winds for Thurs, i may perch thurs and sturgeon fri...
its a gale here right now-- gotta be bllowing 25-30 across the deck

Hey Guys,

I'm working Friday, but will be out on Saturday if anyone's interested.  iwindsurf.com says Saturday's SP Bay winds should be 0-1 knots... they're usually pretty accurate.

I'm planning on fishing out of Bullhead or McNear's from 8:00 to noon.

Hey Eric.  Pondsurf and I are introducing a Newbie to Dino hunting at about the same time you guys will be out there at China Camp.  We plan to get there around 8:30 or earlier, so we'll look for you.  We'll be fishing an area to the South of you, and about a mile off China Camp.  ch 69 right?

Good deal Max.  See you guys out there.  Hope the weather holds out for us.

Frank... here is all of the park information... we launch near the old pier pictured at the top of the page.

Erik,
I will see you out there with madmax and another newbie. I have been watching that day's tide for a week or two and now with the rain behind us a few days and what looks like good weather coming on Friday could be a magic combo. Did I see that Sean is coming too? I can't wait to see you guys and enjoy the day. Yahoo!

When the Lord takes your sins, you never see them again. He casts them into the depths of the sea, forgiven and forgotten. I even believe that He places a sign over them that reads no fishing allowed.

Alright... am I going to have to call in sick tomorrow?  That'd just suck to have a four-day weekend.  Is anyone planning to fish on Saturday?
