Hey guys (and gals),
I was eating breakfast at the Marina Village Restaurant on Saturday morning and noticed a pickup in the parking lot with a blue-ish Wilderness Systems Tarpon on top. It was on a Ford Ranger (I think) parked in the Grocery Outlet parking lot in Marina. It was apparent that someone braved the gnarly conditions to go rockfishing because they had a RF combo hanging out the bed with a megabait jig rigged up.
I assume the guy caught some fish too, because I later saw him pour some fresh ice into the icechest before he left. I considered saying hello but I was busy getting my grub on (my favorite breakfast spot in Marina).
Just curious if they're a NCKA'er. Regardless, I give the dude props for braving the WX. And assume he launched from Stillwater...but maybe not? Gimme a hollar if you're out there. And how'd you do?

Thanks all,
PK
