I'll be there early to help set up.  My family will be coming by later, probably around 10.  Not sure what they can do to help.  My FIL might show up, so he could help take some pictures possibly?  I have to check with my wife, he's coming back tomorrow from China.

Ok Ben.  I put you downl.  I don't know about your FIL--does  your wife know about this? 

Raydon you can put me down as tentative. As long as my schedule doesn't change I can at least be there in the morning u till about noon. I'll bring two yaks in case extras are needed. Put me down for wherever you need help.

If you could use another camp chef 2 burner stove and griddle top I can bring it + propane tank.  Pans, mixing bowls, heated cambro food carriers.

Right-on Marv !!! Those heated food carriers may come in handy. For breakfast we are doing tacos with chorizo,eggs,peppers,onions,cheese and cilantro. Fresh fruit on the side. FOR lunch we have VK's big-ass charcoal weber. We are gonna do chicken thighs and tri-tips served with AFCM's beans,Skipro's potato salad and ceaser salad.

Oh, Now the volunteers are going to be pouring in just for the food!!!!! I'M THERE!!!!!

 

That's the easiest assignment that I have ever had!

I will be there and will bring my tandem and my cuda.
I will help anyway you need me to, I will also bring an extra VHF radio, PFD and paddles.
I will bring an apron if you need me in the kitchen.

Do you have a park permit to print for us ( like in a few other cases before) or we do we bring cash for the parking?

should I bring a large cooler and EZ-Up ?
