What do you need at this point? Molly and I will be there early to help with breakfast and set up. What time should we be there?

That shouldn't be too bad on a Saturday.  (Nice to have a HOW event on the weekend, but we may have more unassociated lake visitors that day as well)

I believe it's just us? we will have wristbands for those participating... no homeless of freeloaders should be served.... No wristband... send them to registration area.... This has to do with both photo and insurance. If some homeless guy chokes on a taco and sues HOW it's all over.... Wristbands or NO inclusion at all is imperative for event reported numbers to HOW and for funding.... Not being mean to folks, just doing what is necessary. Same at launch control. Wristbands for the kayaks or NO LAUNCH....

I will bring a few yaks with coolers and have volunteers on the water handing out waters to those fishing.

I will try to leave San Jose around 6:30AM. I will bring a propane tank, a cooler, my wife quiche and my kayak in case someone needs one.
We can help with serving, cooking or whatever else... Looking forward to seeing you all Saturday

I have 6 cases of water, 5 gal. of Gatorade, those goodies from Savemart and will Bring some ice.
Should be there 6 - 6:30
