I can ask my wife to make a couple of quiche trays.

By the way, at what time does it start and what the address?

most of us will be getting there early to set up, not sure what that is just yet, but as far as vet arrival,

it's 09:00 or whenever they get there.  Lodi Lake, can't miss it or us...

I stressed to the private parties and buses that exact promptness at 9:00 is not necessary and get there when ya can…

Quote
Don you still have all those plastics from the last event I brought right? They should work well. Lots of bluegill can be found right under the boathouse deck right now and bass are scattered and we think searching for cooler water the lake yesterday is 73 degrees at 8 am and my fish finder died but last reading I think was up over 75. There was just a plant of trout for the kids fishing derby so some of those will be still swimming around see everyone on the 6th!

Hi Gecko, yes we do and we have a lot of other plastics too, we need more worm hooks and weights and hooks for the crawlers too …

I'm hoping to pick this all up the day before,

   but I might have a problem, I'm working a family emergency right now and not sure I'm going to be able to make it back in time,,

just don't know yet and won't till I get to Seattle, and maybe not after that either… anyway …

If this does turn out to be and I cannot make it back, we should start thinking of some things that may need to be gotten..

 The only thing that I think we would need is all the terminal tackle as I'm not sure where all that is in the 3 places I keep all the HOW gear…

the fishing poles and the admin stuff can be found, but we may need y'all to get together everything that we would need to outfit 80 to 90 poles for fishing success, ( or at least getting a pole in the water)  that would include all plastics, worm hook, weights, trout gear (maybe) as that looks like a possibility, perch jerking terminal tackle and worms…

and more waivers, y'all should have around 200 total of each, the buses should have their's pre signed, but twice they forgot the waivers back at the facility…  :smt012

That is really the only reason I would need to come back for and I want to come back, but only if everything is ok with my family… of course…

again, this is just a heads up and hopefully I will be there, so no one go crazy yet on getting this stuff, just be thinking about it and I should know, Hopefully, by tomorrow night if I'm able to make it back for the event or not…

  Thanks Again…

I will handle gathering all the fishing gear if Don does not make it back. Terminal gear that is. I have a few $$$ put away for this contingency plan. ;-) Hooks, weights, plastics etc. I have been given deals in the past at Sportsmans and I will try again if need be. And I also can get a huge discount at West Marine if they have any terminal gear anymore up here.  Plus it will be fun to buy a shitload of stuff. Biggest issue is the rods at Don's storage area if he does not make it back. If we are unsure by thurs what is happening I will get it done Friday.

Rob, I can save ya the trip if Don doesn't make it back. I can just shoot across the Bay Bridge after work on Friday and pick the rods up.  I'm in SF.

Kool Guys,,,

  Thanks,

  The Rods are in North Berkeley, as are the HOW admin boxes, we'll work out details on getting them as Raydon & RacinRancidRob are up on everything with me.

 I really see the terminal tackle/lures/plastic/trout/perch/bass stuff and waivers as the only issue,

and as Raydon is already on it… Safety,

  Going to be kind of controlled chaos getting everyone signed up, geared up and on the water or fishing from the shore and oh ya,

  don't forget your taco….   :cook :fat :yak

  Thanks Everyone, Gonna Be Awesome no matter what…   :smt004

Jack or Don;
Going by weight, not volume for the tater salad;
From what I've read on-line, average serving size is 4 ounces.  If I make 30 pounds, that will be 130 servings.  Is that gonna be enough or should I have more?

I know what you're thinking - leave my worm farm alone!  My little buddies haven't expanded their population enough yet to be bait..
