The doughnuts are usually on the check in table for everyone before Jack starts serving tacos. Tw's stuff is usually at Jack's area and used at lunch as desert.... 100+ folks milling around.... kids all over.... I'd go with the original amount. Just my thought

Save your receipts even if you don't want to be reimbursed. Give them to Don attached to note with name and address to make it easy for Don post event to get everyone settled out...

I will be bringing..

approximately 50 fishing poles

coffee, sugar, non-sugar, creamer, may need to buy another pot, only hAVE 1 40 CUP pot… rats ate the other one…

wristbands, posters, HOW admin stuff, fishing plastics, assorted lures and all of our scrambled eggs fishing gear which is a crazy amount of stuff and for some reason, we always don't have what we need, it's being purchased by RancinRob today

how are we doing for eating utensils, plates cups napkins… I will take a look of my supply which I do have a lot, and Jack should have more,,, speak up Jack, let us know what you have and i'll check mine,,, we should be good there,,

yes 6 dozen.  I just finished shopping and now realize that there is now way i am going to get VK's big ass bbq in my truck. Is there anyone out there that can come thru santa rosa and haul the bbq? maybe even come up tonight and you can spend the night at my house

  How many have bought worms?  I know eelkram has a few boxes from the last event,,, but we need to have I'd say around 20 boxes of crawlers,,

that might be a little light at 300 worms with 15 per box… 

I guess it can get done in the morning,,,, we just need to know who is buying worms,,, I will pay you back at the show, save the recite and keep them clean,

 meaning no cash back on the recite or other items that might be other than HOW stuff… if it does happen, no worries, just save it,,,

I had some cups of worms but they turned into mush. My local place has 5 cups of mini-nightcrawlers I can pick up.

Me and piski will handle getting crawlers and some red worms.

I don't have any containers, but I can bring a roll of 13gallon, plastic kitchen bags... which might work OK if doubled up.
