We came across this stuff in the recycle bin while leaving our fishing spot. Any help to identify would be helpful. I'm pretty sure they came off of a crane or towing device since we where near a bridge improvement project. I am going to sell or trade if anyone is interested. Thanks Mike

Yes, its various types of Fall Protection. It looks like it has been left outdoors; inspection by a competant (fall protection) person is needed.

They usually use those when going down man holes. Safety lanyard.
