Oh man that looks cool. Do you want to combine efforts and build an NCKA pig spit roaster? I know we are far apart but it might work. I have the shop space. Van Bebber Steel co. is right down the street.

I have a Hobie cat 16 trailer that would make a great pig roasting platform (long tongue and distance from axles. Hasn't been registered in many years and is rusting in the back 40. Will get some pics posted Sunday.

I have a little space in my yard too depending on where you want to do a larger scale build-up.
