Gave me a much needed mind vacation from this report I'm writing. One minute I'm thinking about how to clean up a particularly nasty Superfund site in a "gritty" Oakland neighborhood, and the next I'm daydreaming of pristine mountain streams and salmon.... Aaaaaahhhhhhh..... Much better....

Thanks very much, Alex.  I love relaying my experiences via writing and photos, and video is a whole additional level.  I've said this many times on this board, and I'll say it again here:  going on these trips with a strong intent to experience cool things and capture them with my cameras has allowed me to have significantly more fun than I would have otherwise experienced!  It's self-actualization in motion, all the time, and my life has benefited from it in a huge way.
