NCKA Holiday Hoedown - Southbay- Rescheduled to December 19th

Reschedule it for next week so I can make it 

This was bound to happen, I've never accepted it in the past but I now fully believe that I get trolled by Mother Nature and her evil henchman, the weather.  Worst drought in history followed by the biggest storm to hit the bay in the past 5-6 years, of course it hits land in the day of the holiday shindig.

Listening to the radio on the way into work, The north bay got slammed, the city is in the middle of it and the southbay should be getting hammered by lunchtime.  With the power outages and flooding its lookin like a clusterfk out there.

I'm making the executive decision to call it off due to typhoon.  I apologize for the inconvenience, if anyone made special arrangements to get out there tonight or still wants to meet up we can make it happen.

If anything I'm a little bit glad the storm hit today for my own selfish reasons. I wasn't gonna be able to make it tonight and I'm hoping it gets moved to another date so I can party with my brothers. If the storm lifts and you guys get together I will still be glad everybody was able to get together. Thanks for putting this thing on and I'm sorry mother nature has been such a cruel bitch to your plans. Party or no party stay safe everybody and happy holidays

Dropping off my daughter at school this morning we watched a palm frond blow off a tree and smack a moving vehicle, nearly cause an accident. Also had to climb down into the basement to double check the sump pump to make sure everythings working.  I just didn't want to make anyone feel obligated to get stuck in traffic, play bumper cars with bad drivers or get stuck having dinner with a bunch of mugs when the family is stuck at home with the power out.


Let's officially reschedule to next Friday. 

Unofficially, martin, agoodhi, CDM we can still hit harry's later if you're so inclined.
