Since I just picked up a drysuit, I'm looking into what kind of shoes to wear with it.

My feet are size 12 extra wide. Most of the shoes I've seen are for very narrow feet. What do you guys use?

I use my old shoes and pull out the insoles.  They're running shoes that I used to wear around (never actually did any running in them).  They're light, they drain well, they float, and they're protective enough while I walk or pedal my Hobie.  Under the drysuit, I wear heavy wool socks for warmth.

Ya... so, the best are those Goofy Foam clog looking slip on shoes. They work but you'll get a ribbing from the guys :smt044 :smt044 :smt044 (Crocs)

I wear Hodgeman felt soled wading boots. If you are launching from rocky areas, it is nice to have thicker soles and ankle support and traction. Surprisingly you can swim with them on OK. I've been using the same pair for 10 years.
