What'd happened to the kayak?

It was recycled by CCK after I asked them to help me look into a warranty exchange.  Never even got a call back about it, because they figured I didn't want it.

Nope, no replacement.  Was offered the box of stuff they reclaimed from the old hull.  Then they graciously offered to give me the next broken hull that comes in for a warranty exchange, but they never called back about one.

WTF? They offered to give you a broken hull as replacement on a warranty exchange? That is just wrong. :smt011

Not exactly... but the result was the same.  I'm not even sure if they ever contacted Hobie about it or not, because they NEVER CALLED ME BACK.

You should keep your stuff until this gets settled. Write a nasty letter to Hobie if you have to.

Did you leave it there for a really long time or something? This not only seems like bad service but they would be civilly liable.

Was the boat stolen? Doesn't make seance that they would trash a customers boat, or any boat for that matter.
PS You can up grade that drive to v2 drums and cables or the new GT drums. I think the new GT sprockets will fit too of you can get a set.
