Wow decisions get tougher. I really want to ride, but think that I want to hit some place new and break the poor fishing steak that I've got going. After I found out my wife was going out of town, my mind has been all about the fishing.
On the trail I usually average 15-17 on my touring bike loaded down.
I do want to find more areas to ride than just the AR and levy trails. I've been meaning to get over to granite bay and try those trails, but haven't done it yet.
I have been tying to make a point to spread out the fitness between my bike for my legs and cardio, and then the kayak and SUP for core and upper body.

Cool bro, anytime just pm me, I'll do any of that, been SUPing from 5-12 mi a few times in the last month so that's always fun.
MTB i want to get out there more but want to go with somebody, last place i rode - my deer hunting spot - we saw a couple mountain lions, in mid f'n day! so solo mtb even tho i've done it alot is seeming sketch in more remote areas.
Oh and fishing too :smt044

I've had to make the promise that I won't MTB alone, so I'll pm you. We just got our SUPs a few weeks ago, but with family obligations have not had much time to use them.
Lake Clementine and Folsom start becoming interesting options to be able to do a trip and both paddle and ride.

How did the ride go this weekend? Other than 1 fishing trip and a lot of organizing, I was lazy and didn't even touch a bike. Well, enough to get the ninja pushed out of my way. 😀

Ha Ha, don't worry, there's plenty of time to ride. I went out out for 40mi before I had to go to my mom's to help with a new dishwasher install. Went pretty slow on the road bike, and was worked in the afternoon. I hope to get a bit more fitness in a couple weeks. I dream of getting a motorcycle again, but dreams are all that will amount to. We should try to get a NCKA Mtn. bike ride together soon.

Might be over my current skill level, but I would like to try at some point. Santa Cruz trails sound tempting too.
