Just finished the pulled pork. Probably the best we've ever made. Smoky and a little rear of the  tongue burn. Crock pot moist. Now the awesome part...1.5 gallon bucket of tasty meat for lunch taco/burrito/nacho goodness. 

Now the bad news ... we (she) is NOT MAKING COBBLER this time... sorry folks... I've already begged, guilt tripped, whined and even offered back and foot rubs to no avail...

She will be making it for the Mooch Memorial paddle... Raydon your Aorta is safe till then...

Has anyone hear from Marv--Shicken?  He is supposed to make Pizzas, but I haven't hear from him.  Man, I hope he is ok.

I'm alive, been very busy.

I will make pizzas on Saturday during lunch.  I was planning to make sliders to contribute for dinner, if that isn't needed anymore I won't do it.  I'm good with helping cook whatever is around. Let me know.

Marv... We already have soooo much food for sat lunch... want to do dinner instead? start at 2-3pm when folks start to get hungry again? If you have to do lunch due to time constraints cool but, I'd hate to get caught by my wife eating pizza with all the work she put into lunch (and I love pizza) See ya all there!!!!!

Well, I'm not sure, by Saturday night, we
will have left over try tip, maybe…  hot dogs, brats and Hamburgers, backed up by "I have no Idea…"  Looks like GB2 and Shicken are both doing something, Chili Mac, Sliders, possibly Pizza, but the Pizza sounds like a chore, if you want to skip that Shicken, I'm sure we'll be good, and we'll just concentrate on what food we have….

The Vets and Families might come well prepared, I put it out there we were going to have food going , but they should bring stuff to be self-sufficient ,,,

we'll see, but I think were doing well here…

I'll be out there late afternoon tonight and I do get cell phone connection with ATT, I'll be checking the thread and can be called

Shicken is doing Sat dinner.  Plus whatever else is going to be coming from who knows where.  I have the feeling we could get into an animal house buffett!

Dinner Saturday: Pork chops w/ piquant sauce and some grilled veggies sound good?  This is easy to do on that big grill.
