Glyphosate has not been proven to be unsafe to people or the environment.  (By anything I consider reputable)The FDA and local governments like Ca pull registration on unsafe products.   

Diazinon and chlorpyrophos have been essentially banned from Monterey county.  Why?  The Central Coast Regional Water Board has rightly blamed them for toxicity issues in local waterways.  If you use them,  they make your life hell.

Roundup isn't just those ingredients is it? There's a whole list of things the FDA and EPA have said were safe that proved to be toxic. Here's an interesting write up in Scientific American about other ingredients in all formulations of roundup that are proven unsafe. But then again let's dose everybody in the US with them and test it out for ourselves.

I have a beef developing with the Climate Corp.  Climate was purchased by Monsanto about a year ago.  I get it.  I would love to vent about my issues but this is a bit too public of a forum and they like to sue.  Already threatened me in fact!  I do like glyphosate though.  Monsanto invented it but everyone makes it now that the patent expired.  http://www.alibaba.com/showroom/glyphosate.html

CALEB,  dude,  you missed my point by not going alone with my little exercise.  The point was that everything is poison.  It's the dose you need to worry about.    LD50 is measurement of toxicity.  The LD50 of table salt (sodium chloride) is higher than the LD50 of glyphosate.  The adjuncts in all pesticides are harmful in some manner.  The dose makes the poison.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_dose_makes_the_poison
