Hello Guys & Gals....

   I am reaching out to judge the interest level in hosting a Lowrance GPS seminar @ Kayak Connection in S.C.  The turnout to the Lowrance Introduction to FF/GPS was GREAT and I hope everyone who attended learned a little, laughed a little and shared in the brotherhood of NCKA!

   I am willing to host a seminar on almost any specific topic pertaining to the Lowrance line but there seemed to be some interest in GPS specific topics.

   My initial thougts within GPS are:  What is it, how does it work, Waypoints, Routes, Trails, understanding drift, compass, built-in maps, Gold charts, the Lowrance V14 chart chips & maybe a little on creating waypoints on Google Earth.  I am thinking about touching a little on Insight Genesis even....

   Thoughts?  Comments?  Questions?  Suggestions?

   Once we get some feedback on what YOU want, we can set a date/time, etc...  I am thinking sometime mid-September?!?!?!

I really want to learn how to use the elite 4  and was having trouble reading up on the features without having any real life exp to back up what I was reading in the instruction book.

Besides Elite 4 as previously suggested, please cover use and features of Elite 5 Gold. Very very close to buying it. Relating gps #, drift and compass so that if you want to target a specific area, you can approach it from all directions. Dan aka DC is very good at it.
