New AI General Availability

Anyone know what date I can place an order for the new AI?  When it's likely to be delivered?  I'm thinking CCK Oakland is where I'll buy it.

Jeff at CCK in Rancho Cordova said they expect to see the 2015 Hobies around mid-September.  Give Keith a call at CCK in Oakland regarding orders, let them know you are with NCKA.

The new AI won't be available till December at the earliest. You should start to see them around January hopefully. You could see other new 2015 boats in dealers by September if they were ordered early enough. Hobie is sold out of boats till October and new orders won't be ready till after that. You could still place the order and have them place it or hold one for you for when they are available.

I personally know a member here who put a cash deposit for 2, yes TWO 2015 AIs at Adventure Sports in Sacramento.

Yes ! I just put my order for AI last Sunday . And I was told that all production for Sept. Is sold out but they had their order a month before. So he said is possible I will received my AI's by the mid Sept. Or early Oct . I will keep my finger cross .. My 2013 AI will be posted for sale soon ..

What about your shop Jeff?  Will they have a Revo to demo soon?  I'm anxious to get back to the darkside.

Hard to find (for me) even specs on that new 2015 AI. What's the ballpark price 4K?

More freeboard. Longer amas. Higher weight capacity. More sail surface. Any more advantages? Bow runs higher? Would be nice to see/read an early review. Looks like I would need new cradles for my AI trailer if I bought one.
