Washing a Kayak ?

Just a rinse to get scales, blood and sand mostly off.  The rest just adds character!    Warning:  Squid Ink is hard to remove from kayaks!

pro cure butt juice stains my gray fish n dive pretty bad and leaves rust colored stains...but both my kayaks get used and beat and are not here to last forever...I already see a retirement date coming on them someday

I hose mine, once in a while when it gets bad, car wash. Cody still has duck feathers in the back storage area from last year! They add flare, and also character, and character counts damn it!

Yup...the only time I ever scrubbed my kayak was due to my fear of the mussel nazis at Del Valle!
