I have 1 tentative guest tent spoken for.  Let's see how things pan out as we move forward.  Right now, it looks like I'm booked but I'll keep you "on deck"

We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be.

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

People aren’t supposed to look back. I’m certainly not going to do it anymore.”

Before you hit the Motel 6, Mendocino campground is another one to try if nothing is available. I have camped there 30+ years.

Trianglelaguna, If I remember , you have a 5th wheel. Make sure you will be able to turn it around at Schooners, it can get very tight at the end; depending on how others set up their camps.

Trianglelaguna per your fifth wheel , the first section with full hookups is indeed quite tight. The second section, the one around the bend, has more room to maneuver and the sites are a bit bigger

His van does not have 5 wheels .... unless you count the spare tire :smt002

thanks for the concern but, no fifth wheel...just a mani -van and  camping tent set up...

I am very excited to stay there ..mostly for the Hot showers Since Amy is gonna fish this derby and was pushing for Ft bragg motel 6..I dont mind motel 6if that is the best option really...
 but sometimes motels suck...

Schooners with a tent and our  camping set up we have started getting together...with a nice fire ring ..picnic table to make meals...hot showers on site.....way better than a motel really...plus I have heard great things about schooners...

cant wait!!!

The only problem with staying in Fort Bragg is it takes almost half an hour to drive there from Albion.  With all the social activities at the campground, Fort Bragg isn't a very good option.  Even if you don't drink, there are others on the road who have.  I stayed there a couple of years ago and wouldn't do it again.  Between the driving safety issue and what you miss in the evening in the campground, it's just not the best option.  There are closer rentals available but they tend to be pretty pricey.

I was trying to put something together on that place. They have no real financials, all pro Forma. Could not give me some answers they should know either. Red flags all over. Was also told they would take 1.3 mil. I went as far as finding out about splitting the property and selling off the house up the hill for 500k. Property un-splittable per the county. That brings price to where e campground could actually turn profit. Oh well, already have 3 more deals working.
