Monterey Bay Area.
Looking for some good people to help fill the boat and fish the salt with.  Especially with the upcoming tuna season, looking for bodies to help pay for gas, bait, ice etc...  And don't forget about cleaning up.

About me: I own a 2005 21 ft striper WA, inboard.  She is almost fully equipped, just need to add radar and autopilot. She eats lots of gas.  I have lots of fishing equipment and yes I am a tackle berry.  Fish for just about anything with gills, tuna, wsb, halibut, salmon, rock cod, sand dabs and crab.  Home port is monterey Bay Area, been fishing it for 20+ years both private and commercial.  Most of my friends have their own boats and are not always available, especially weekdays.

Have a very flexible schedule but mostly fish weekdays, mainly thu-sat due to wife's work schedule and babysitter. I don't typically plan trips weeks in advance, the bite and weather dictates days to fish. So the ability to fish weekdays and on short notice is a plus. I like to leave early and be one of the first on the fishing grounds.  Then leave early before the wind picks up, typically early afternoon around here.  My 8 year old son has gotten the fishing bug and often fishes with me.  He also loves fishing with his grandfather.

I've met and fished with a bunch of good people on this site and hope to continue it in the future.  I've pestered lots of people on this site to go fishing on me boat, you know who you are.  Ha ha

If you might be interested, let me know.  I will try and contact everyone but do not be offended if i cannot accomadate everybody.  Post a little something about yourself, days available and experience level.   Experience fishing on boats is not necessary but is a plus.

PS-if we fish tuna, you will be pulling most fish due to my bad back.  Hope you don't mind :)

Robert

Love to fish since I was a little boy.  Did many chartered and long range trips for Salmon, WSB, Albies, Yellow Tails...Available most weekends unless I travel due to work related.  Don't mind reeling in all the fish  :smt003
