Forgot to mention. You don't have to buy a ticket to attend, just to drink the beer. The festivities are free.

I assuming you've been to this before? So does the ticket entitle you to drink beer between 6-9? Or do you still need to purchase beer between that time?

Been to it several times.
One ticket entitles you to drink as many beers as you want between 6-9. The price of the ticket is what you pay for that privilege. No extra costs incurred.
