Fantastic video!  Really useful too.  I assume you showed the best rapids in your vid, and I can really evaluate whether I would try it.  Do you know what the water level was when you ran it?

Yea I shot a lot of video, but its all on one camera so each rapid is only in 1 shot regardless of angle. the biggest rapid is the one where the camera gets knocked back. all the big ones are easily portaged. All the rapids on this section have no consequences thus are class 2 (if you get flipped over you will just flush out the bottom) so its a great place to learn. If anyone wants to paddle and fish the Trinity we can set up a trip to include the use of a Coosa and Dry Suit. I still need to learn how to fish the rivers but I can definitely show you how to paddle them.

Outstanding video!  The wipe out was well documented.  Did you lose any gear?
Thanks for sharing!!

Only thing on the deck was a net and HT, both were leashed and recovered. My fly rod was attached to the side of the kayak when I flipped it too, but no damage or gear lost.

Great video. Do you know the temp of the water. How would a wet suit work  in the water.
