Crabfest Potluck

I think i have to catch my crabs first  and cook it at my campsite (# 98 ) I will just probably cooked it Saturday night! I dont think i have time cooking Sunday.

I'll be cooking the donated crabs on Sunday and we will pick 3 crabs of equal size and quality for the competition. Each judge will be presented 1/2 crab for judging so you only need to cook 1 crab.

I'm making the from-scratch carrot cake with cream cheese frosting....a  single layer version that will feed more, haha.

I will also bring some party meatballs (beef with seasoning and sauce) and maybe some cookies if I can find time to make them!

Ok you testosterone laden boys who want to have a crab cook off.  I hope you make enough for all of us to try.  I am looking forward to this show.  I will be bringing my usual green beans.   

Please bring reusable plates and utensils, let's try and not create to much waste. Narisa and I will be bringing paper plates and plastic utensils if people forget.

As Andy would say, what a bunch of wussies!    That's OK Karen Molly and I will be cooking and serving chili crab and anyone who has the skill and guts to challenge us, bring it on. 

Ok, so I know there are more people coming than what is posted for food. What is everyone bringing, let's make this a potluck to remember!
