OK, here is the proposed format to stay true to the Bobby Flay show.

Judges:
Dan or his wife
Victor or his wife

Contestants:
Scott - Singapore Chili Crab
Kiel - Thai Curry Crab
Glen - Pinoy Ginger Crab

Judging Criteria
Judges will be blinded as far as who cooked the dish
The dish can have only have crab and sauce and garnish, no other meat or starches
Taste 1-10 points
Presentation 1-10 points
Highest total points wins

We doing this on Saturday night? or the actual day of the tourny? we might not have enough time on Sunday between wieigh-in and pot-luck....

But I will give it a whurl anyways....

I'll be there Sunday only. We can do it during the potluck after the awards ceremony. Dan and Vic will be hungry by then. It will be good for them because they are busy with the weigh in and probably miss most of the good food at the potluck which goes quickly.
