I'll be bring what I consider one of the best sausages in the world.  Hawaiian sausage made in Lockeford.

We thought lumpia and dipping sauce would go great with the rice and bistec!!

I am either going to do a beer batter fish fry and potato fry or I will do a couple racks of ribs. 

Okay ribs for Saturdays dinner and the fish & potato fry Sunday. Gotta eat Saturday to right.

OK, there are lots of meat, potatoes and noodle entries.  How about our veggies?!?  I'll bring some Spicy Cole Slaw with Cumin-Lime Dressing for a balanced diet.
