I also wear crocs almost anytime i'm kayak fishing. over my drysuit, barefoot, whatever.  I think they work pretty well on the hobies, plus they dry quickly and they float in case you ever lose one.

Hey Ben too bad that statement doesn't apply to your drift anchors. LOL   :smt003

Finally found these on sale, so I decided to give them a try:

I'm planning to wear them as my regular shoes, and for kayaking. I'll let you know how it works out.
I don't like stuff that sucks.

I bought a pair and really like them.  Used them twice.  On my first trip a small Rapala treble hook got caught on the lace.  I changed shoe laces to an aftermarket quick lock bungee type.  They drain really well and dry fast.  Used them for trout fishing at a local lake.
Way better than my Keen sandals that traps small pebbles.  Perfect match for my Kokatat Tempest pants.  I went 2 sizes higher.

I've got the NRS Workboots, Keen Sandals, Solomon TechAmphibian 3's, and Teva Fuse Ions. When pedaling my Hobie in cold-weather, I wear the NRS workboots or the Teva Fuse shoes with wool socks. But wool socks under the NRS boots in warm weather will make my feet very sweaty (they are very warm). The Solomon TechAmphibians are the best by far. But I got them in my regular size; instead of 1 size bigger--so they don't fit well over my drysuit or tempest pants (but they feel great on my bare feet doing everything from river running to lounging around the house!). I highly recommend the TechAmphibians--but they will not keep your feet warm by themselves. The Keen sandals are cool, but I HATE that the heel is open, because sand & pebbles get under my foot and end up in my toes.
