[SITE] Membergroups

I have reduced the number of Membergroups (the tag that appears under your name).  In the past we had 33 different membergroup.  This made management of permissions tedious.  So, I've reduced the number of Membergroups to the following.

* Guest
* Sand Flea: 0 posts, the only thing this Membergroup can do is post an Introduction.
* Sardine: 1-9 post, what you get to after you make an Introduction.
* Sand Dab: 10-99 posts, allows you to see the Members only Hookups and Fishing Reports board, as well as the "Politics of Fishing, Ethics, and the Environment" board  and allows you to post a Classified.
* Salmon: 100-999 posts.
* Sea Lion: 1000-9999 posts.
* Manatee: 10000+ posts

The first 3 have restrictions in place (can't do everything).

The naming is somewhat arbitrary, except Manatee which is there for tribute reasons (Mooch!).  I just chose names that began with "S".  I'm open to suggestions, as I'm not always the most creative.

I may have messed something up, so if you notice that you no longer have a "feature" that you used to have, please let me know so I can address it.

Leave it the way it was. At least it was somewhat aspirational until you got to Manatee which I would change to Mooch.

And what about the redirectors...Fur bags???

Yeah there are noobs but also there are dudes with 7 years on the boards on daily just lurking and not contributing. And apparently crab trap thieves also......

That's not going to happen.  I'm not going to manage 33 membergroups every time I make changes to permissions.

You have yo have lingcod in there somewhere. I vote to replace salmon with lingcod. Sea lion with salmon. Over 10k sturgeon. Leaving manatee off in as there will only be one manatee forever. Sturgeon being the oldest of the fish in AOTY. Real dinosaurs. To get over 10k you have been around awhile.
