Inquiring minds want to know.

We had a HOW event in Lodi that had over 200 participants. To include volunteers from NCKA, sponsors included Headwater Kayaks, McDonalds, Waste Management, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign War as well as California Waste Recovery Systems and United Way. We had over 75 Kayak volunteers. We served 85 active duty troops and then the V.A. brought in another 45 or so. It was an impressive turn out of volunteers that came together that day even the Mayor of Lodi. their were no prizes or giveaways just pure altruistic fellowship. 
Neat thing was we also had close to 20 vets with their families just show up and enjoy.

The ambassador for NCKA was present too. Sir Mooch
