On one hand, there are already enough people to fill a 2.5 day trip, on the other hand, I don't want to see Dustin cry.

Man I'm really struggling on making a call here ... 2.5 day or 3.5 day.

Any last debate before I pull the trigger?  As it's already Friday, we can probably wait until Monday morning before declaring.

Would any of you guys that voted for 5 day consider doing a different trip that isn't only NCKA instead of "downsizing" to the 3.5 day NCKA trip?

OEX posted a 5 day trip up on the BWE site and they would welcome NCKA participation if you were so inclined.  If too many of you 5 dayers do that trip, it would affect which we decide to do.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm thinking, but wanted to check with you all before making the final determination.  It's looking highly likely at this point that we'll opt for the 3.5 day trip as it appears we have most of what we need to get that trip going.  I guess Dustin may turn those tears of sadness into tears of joy!

I can recall a moment...from this year's trip...when I just sat back into that comfy couch, full from lunch and beer...still amped from the previous day's thresher shark battle...gazing out the window as people were getting prepped to head back out and catch more fish...when I said to Al "could you imagine if Andy was here?"
Although I don't remember if I meant it in a good way or a bad way...    Either way, I think you would have fun.
