What's up NCKA?

Anyone interested in a hail mary ocean salmon attempt this Sunday? It sounds like there are still fish in the area; party boats are seeing about a fish per rod right near Duxbury buoy. I plan to launch from Bolinas at first light and get right to trolling (lots of it...). There is always the option for white meat consolation if things don't go according to plan.

Pretty excited! The fish are definitely there. People are catching them on anchovies or WMAs between 20 and 45 feet down.

The Hawg Heaven, New Rayann, and Outer Limits caught a combined 61 salmon for 38 anglers on the Marin Coast today.

You're killing me.
Maybe I'll be there Sunday.

The El Dorado 3 was also out off Marin today for 8 limits...

Time for that late-season push of BIG fish.

I went out last weekend and saw no nets hit the water.  I didn't post as there was nothing to report.  Not even the fact that
I dumped again on the concrete driveway for the second straight time.  Coming in at high tide kicks my ass.
I hope to nail a couple Alex.

For anyone who needs a little more motivation:

Sunday: Variable winds 5 kt or less. Sunny. Mixed swell...WNW 4 to 5 ft and SSW 1 ft. Wind waves around 1 ft.

Yeah... I'm kindof addicted to cedar planked salmon right now, and the freezer is running low. Need to score my salmon fix
