I quit smoking on 9/11/2007...that is 6 years today without a cig...
I use an online calculator from American lung cancer place, it figures the savings and health benefits....

I quit for 5 years, until I started kayaking   , then picked up that habit again; but I have been smoke free since July 27, 2013..... and still going......

Way to effin GO!  Gotta be one of the hardest things to stick with.  Six years tobacco free is awesome.  Keep at it.

way to go...folks like you telling me they put some cig time clean for many years...got me to keep trying to quit my shitty little smoke with coffee in the morning drive in to work deal....3-4 a day or less but still could not quit....finally quit 6 onths or so back and feel greaT!!!!!
