LOL, Henry still eats a lot of found items, but seems to avoid soil as of late.  I'm sure that Ari and he will have lots of fun :)

How does the raffle work? Are tickets sold, or does everyone get one ticket? Are all these great prizes in the raffle? This will be my first fest, and I could not be more excited. Thanks in advance for all your hard work.

That is a great question. There are several different ways to win prizes at the event.

1) There will prizes that will be given out for the Crabbing portion
2) There are prizes that can be won with a raffle ticket. Raffle tickets are $1 each and all proceeds go to the DYF; www.dyf.org
3) Every person who turns in a waiver in the morning, even if they decide not to Crab and just hang out will get a raffle ticket for The Eddyline Caribbean 14.

Last year we split the funds between the DYF and the MOOCH LPA. See you this weekend!

is their a downloadable copy of the waiver ..you know so i can win a kayak  :smt002

It is on the first page of this tread as an attachment. It helps if you print it out and bring it already filled out. There will be a table set up that morning for registration.

There is a fire ring in the Jetty day use area. Does anyone have fire wood for it? Might be a good way to keep people warm during the day. (Do the no burn days count with camping?).

"pellet stove, outdoor fire pits or other wood-burning devices is against the law". It would be a "warming fire"and our only source of heat. I still say probably not allowed. Lets be optimistic maybe it wont be a no burn day.

Yup, just read it. They decide every day in the afternoon for the next day.
