Albion 2013 Potluck Thread

Ill bring the same green salsa I brought to Trinidad rockfish wars.

I'm thinking smoked salmon/cream cheese spread and rice crackers.

Ill bring an assload of babybacks with French bread and real Sonoma county butta.

I might pull something out of one of my freezers....Hmmm

Maybe some Cowboy Caviar with some totillas/chips or a Quinoa Salad (cilantro/black bean/corn/avocado)

Several slabs of slow smoked beef brisket. I will brine and prep them at home and start slow cooking them once I get to Albion. These will be for nightly feast and my potluck contribution.

I know its a PITA but around 5pm on Saturday can everyone try to carry the table from their site if possible for the potluck. Its always a scramble at that time. Thanks.
