if I was a shark I would not eat a wet suit that looks like Beetlejuice either.

Since most encounters are in low-light or bad vis conditions, where they're more dependent on other sensory perceptions, where's the sense in staving off attacks with a visual deterrent?

:smt003  I guess we won't be seeing you in the water looking like beetlejuice Al!   :smt005 You might be right but I'm hoping not.

That looks a lot like the paint job on FisHunter's kayak. Did not work too well.

Could be the wrong color.  It said black with white stripes.

I just saw an ok in shell beach last week with that zebra pattern on the bottom I was wondering why someone would do that. Well now I know.

they cite research in Australia with Tiger Sharks.

Not only would the water clarity be much different in Australia as opposed to here in CenCali, the shark species behave differently as well.

Kind of a cool looking design though.

Was watching a shark show the other night and they mentioned that tiger and bull sharks are bump and bite feeders.  White's on the other hand hit you like a freight train.  Camo might work better on a species that comes up for a quick cuddle before chomping.
