I have 2 New Phenix Abyss rods (purchased from HI's Tackle about 4-5 months ago) that paired with Avet MC SX 5.3 Black MC Cast (purchased open box new reels on Ebay). reels spooled with 50lb power pro braid line.

I use my 808 for WSB flyline and down south for tuna, dorado and YT. It's a great boat rod.

BTW that is a great price and if you need a big game kayak rod, go for it.

it's a great setups - I'm pretty sure that I'll get similar ones for sturgeon hunt.

if nobody buy 808 in coming days I'll keep it for myself and will just buy 806 later.

This rods are mystic for me, but I got so strong sign hat 808 should stay with me that I start to look for another reel for her twin sister  :smt044 it's a crazy world
