How do you improve on perfection?  By cranking it up to 11!

actually one thing i love about my 2013 Revo 11 is that they reinforced the scuppers with like some sort of plastic sleeve, making me feel a lot more comfortable about using my scupper cart.

they also made mirage drives have a little guide that makes it click in perfectly everytime into the click n go.  little things improvements like that is why i love hobies.

of course i'm super cheap so i got my kayak like $500 off retail so why would i ever complain?

I'm trying to imagine a SUP w/foot pedals. Or perhaps Flexi-Grips hahaha!

Maybe it's controlled like the IT gyroscope from SouthPark lol...

Real easy to install outrigger & tramp for the Revo. Give me more work room and a place to clip some rods and lay that 30+" Ling or WSB. Close enough in the you can paddle around it. The current sidekick ama is positioned so that it  interferes with paddle stroke and IMO is a safety hazard on surf launches / landings

In the game of biggest fish, if you can't enjoy routinely gettin' your ass handed to you, by great fishermen, then you don't belong in the NCKA.

I am glad I paddled for 6 years before I got a Hobie because unlike you Hobie hacks I know how to paddle forward AND reverse.  :smt044

+1 on the better seat.  I can live without reverse as long as I have a paddle but the comfort issue with the seat would be a great place to make an improvement.

I heard about a new PA debuting at bass and brew event in Oceanside tomorrow but its not confirmed. I would report back but I'm skipping the event to fish and sit in on a Jim Sammons seminar.

Every company seems to building these boats bigger, heavier, wider, and catering to the east coast bass guys. Jackson is a nice boat, but slow and heavy. The guythat designed it is a bass fisherman. The Ride is a nice boat, but slow and heavy. The design behind it was bass too. PA, you know the story. Several other boats made getting bigger and made to fish standing too. All for the bass guys. Someone needs to step up and build a boat built for the ocean only, or one that isnt a barge on lakes. I know you Hobie guys will say you have a great ocean boat, and you do but, plenty of limitations there too. Deck space, weight, kelp, etc. OK Tridents, Prowlers, 4.7-4.3 and Wildy Tarpons are close, but still need improvements , such as water tightness and weight.  These boats move well in the water with less effort than the others with the exception of Hobie which we know moves well. With the trend of more people paddling and wanting an easy stable ride, performance is being put aside. Its like the "jet ski" crowd. Those things used to be fun to ride and maneuver well? now the trend is huge so everyone can ride. Boring to ride those things now. Fast as hell, but boring mostly. I am in no way trying to slam or make any of these kayaks sound better than they are. Just putting out there what I see happening in the industry. Maybe Hobie, OK, Wildy and the others will start getting it right again and build a true fishing platform.
If Hobie makes a big change in the kayak scene with "a new way to fish" maybe others will follow.

Just speaking my mind.
