I was fishing near the islands yesterday having a pretty good day. Stuck my head out the back window to watch my deck hand pull in a nice one. When it was about 8' from the boat a big dark shape appeared and in a split second I recognized it. It grabbed the 12#er and bit it in half giving Matt a good tug. It then rolled on it's side showing it's eye, gills and underbelly. The Landlord demands rent. I'm calling this aGWS, not a Salmon Shark. I had a good close look at it. What a rush. Put a shitload of fish on the boat.
