Don't know what to say...... I never met you personally, but have given you a couple of hugs at the last two Albion events as well as as my kids. Anything you need let me know. I'm blessed to be apart of this community that you helped create.

To my bro Joel.....you are in insperation to all; I remember my first meeting with you at Half Moon Bay back when I first got started into kayaking. all the jokes on the radio that you got a big ling!!!!And we needed a rice pot! I also remembering falling in at Loch Lomand and you just shaking your head with that smerk of yours.

We laughed and we have had many good times my friend. Keep up your great fight my friend and God bless you. You will always be in my payers and your memories in my mind; especially the "gang sign."

Thanks Frank for bringing Joel's message to us. I want to do so much and yet I can do so little right now. My brother Joel, you have made such a difference in my life. I feel more for others now. You were the first guy I met at HMB on my first try at kayak fishing.  Ever since then I have always enjoyed just seeing and hearing you joke around during the times you were able to make it to the various hookups and events.  We will truly miss your ever presence and it really would not be the same without you around.  I feel like this should not be happening to a kind and heart warming person like you.  We will never forget you and I hope that someday when that time comes we shall see each other again.  Patty said she will always cherish the days she had breakfast with you and Eileen and also the "chismis" that came along with it.  Love you my brother and GOD BLESS YOU.
