Could the leak be coming from behind?  Like the 2 holes where the steering cables goes through?

Rey

could....I know its not the rear or center hatch. I have the bucket in there w.o the lid and it was bone dry inside. I will have to check that area as well.

Hi Guys I had the same problem last year when I got my AI, the first rough water sail I had about a gallon in my hull so I started looking and this is what I did.  For the front hatch I removed both seal and re-installed then with Goop, I installed wire seals on the rudder lines, not sure if it made any difference but it made me fill better. And every time I go out I put 303 (Aerospace Protectant) on the front hatch seals and the two 8” hatch seals making sure they are clean and lubed. This trip I like you had several under-water accuracies and at the end of the day I had about a cup or less in the hull. Here’s a couple of pics for you before and after of the rudder lines.

Great shots Armando.  Thank you.  What camera were you using for those pics?  I noticed you had a GoPro, but I've never really used mine for still shots.  Maybe I should. :smt003

It's an old Sony DSC-V3, Point and Shoot Camera for the still shots. I have not upload the go pro video clips yet. My go pro has been acting up recently since  it fell off from the tripod mount.
