Planing to start fishing more of the flowing rivers around Sonora and want to look for a shorter wider boat with less keel to use in rivers. Fishing and possibly duck hunting will be the main focus, not looking for a whitewater rapid running boat. My Prowler 13 is not much fun in fast water I learned from experience :smt100 Any suggestions?
And you could hear me screaming a mile away as I was headed out for the door....

Have you looked at the Jackson coosa, built for river fishing, dont know about duck hunting though, dont hunt, also the ocean kayak t-11 might be a canidate, might be better for both, cameron

Seems like the MiniX, T11, and Coosa are popular river yaks.
