I found 3 of these behind my shop near the dumpster. They are empty and previously held different types of vegetable oils according to the labels.  I thought maybe one of you fabricator types may want one for making a smoker, bbq, whatever.
They are located in North Petaluma. I can meet you there in the late afternoon after work during the week if interested.
I like good beer.

Any of them have a removable top (not just the little spout)? If so I'll take one. I have been known as a man who acquires things (like good beer) from time to time.

I haven't tried it yet, but I was told that a Weber BBQ lid, the round kettle style, would fit on top of  a 55 gallon drum.

I think somebody needs to take one and make a Steel Drum out of it for the NCKA Uke band rhythm section.  :smt044

I use to have a small steel drum and always wanted to make one, but from what I remember they are very difficult to make.

I don't think so. I can look closer tomorrow or Monday. I'm no barrel expert though.

I will take one if you still have one available. Let me know I am thinking about heading up this direction this weekend.
Thanks
