did not have to - there were 4 bolts already screwed on there for the option of attaching the rudder kit 

Well,

It seems there was some confusion with my yak, but thanks to some nice effort by a lot of people it is all cleared up and my yak is on the way.

I had to go with my second choice color to avoid a month further wait, but I'm good with that.

So, due early next week is a red prowler 13 with rudder.
