Water Shoes Sale at West Marine

Both my water sandal and neoprene booties died on me this month. My POS "Alpine" sandal brand from Sports Authority stitching completely fell apart on both shoes.   Yeah you get what you pay for.

I got lucky and found Keen Owyhee Sandals at West Marine, San Carlos clearance price from $90 to $31 .  They had lots of sizes on stock and I got a size 11.5.  I used the Keen last Wednesday and found them comfortable and supports your feet pretty well when I was loading up.  They dry fast too.
The Columbia Hybrid Water shoes looks interesting.
Other brands like Columbia and Sperry were also on sale.  Check your local West Marine for inventory.  The website sizing and availability is not accurate.

Was just in the Santa Cruz store yesterday and saw some great Sperry & Columbia water (tennis) shoes on clearance for less than $40 PLUS another 20% off.  It's that time of year for their clearance shoe sale!

When they hit a clearance sale ... they usualy hit it GOOD!  Just have to be there at the right time, right store.

As usuall with these close-out deals, I don't see ANY of the ones I'd want in my size (10 - 10.5)

As I mentioned earlier.  The website is not updated, its most like pulling information from their main warehouse.  West Marine, San Carlos HAS merchandise that is not appearing on their website.

I worked for wm for over 10 years.  When they go on clearance, they usually remove it from the web site and push all the product to the stores at random.  Luck of the draw!  The Santa Cruz store had a bunch of tarpon stuff the other day.  Tarpon .. California ... Lol
