Dicks sporting goods finally opened in salinas and they have a great selection of big hammers and magic metal jigs. Definately doesn't have everything like bass pro in manteca but this is alot closer for us here in the monterey bay area. It's definately one to check out though

Yep ... Store is fairly nice.  We'll see how long it lasts in Salinas.

I will still go to The Tackle Box for my regular stuff.
But I'll definitely keep an eye out for clearance deals @ Dicks.
