Just went to prep the boat for RTM this weekend and noticed one of my rod pod straps broke since last week.
Anyone have an extra I could buy from you early in the morning before launch? I would order one online but doubt it would be here in time and no one local has them.

Thanks !!

Check with REI to see if they have this...http://www.rei.com/product/380043/side-release-buckle-strap-1-x-60-in
You could also fab up a replacement considering if you have strap to spare REI should have some buckle in stock.

Or, get some padeye/hooks and do a criss-cross bungie.  Get the hooks so you can release the bungie.  Howard McKim does this with all his yaks up in Ketchikan.  I think it's better than the stock OK straps, more reliable and more waterproof.

I'm not going to the tourney, but I have extra rodpod straps if somebody wants to transport them from Monterey to Oc Cove.

I could loan you mine for the weekend if you need them.  I'll be around home tomorrow after work.
