Doran Beach Crab Opener 11/2-11/4

I'll bring a big pot/stove/propane, 7up, a couple tables, etc to share. I just need a place to crack some crab .
I'm not staying at the campground. Anyone have any real estate they can share for the day?

Let's try and take over the tables in the day area near the Jetty Campground. We can set gear there to claim the spot

Who is bringing pots to cook? I know last year there were some that had water going at the Day use. One less thing for me to pack if someone wants to share.

showed up on wensday and we got Rock crabs today...yesterday was a LOT of rain!!! and today Alshobie and fried blue gill hooked up the rock crabs!!!

oh the rod holder was built by "woody" new guy that hasn't signed up yet....made a sweet DYI rod holder!!! oh and did I say "bait" was on hand!!!

not a lot but I caught one just off the beach than saw "woodys" and walked my yak to the inside and caught none...but it got me started after a nap... same on the outside...pelicans were diving gettin some I'm sure....all in all should be an AWESOME opening!!!  Bait or no Bait we all just want to get a little

Right On Brother ChadRock...only thing yesterday you missed was buckets of rain...it was a lake in our camp...but the sun came out today and it was Blissfull...cya soon bro...roll right in and we Will make room for ya Homie!!!

Any body got an extra PFD? I picked up a straggler, high school kid, kinda skinny, 5'8". Probably a medium.
