Chicken??? How about deep fried crab?

Split and de-gut the crab, cut into quarters, then let it rest in a pan/tray in the cooler for a few minutes to drain the excess water/moisture in the meet. Lightly season in salt, lemon pepper and flour, then into the fryer!!! :smt007 I can taste it already!!!!

Glen,   Maybe we can trade some deep fried crab for some Snickerdoodles.  Sue was baking some this afternoon.

Sounds yummy!  I've never had it that way before.  Guess I don't have the patience to wait.  Crab is all about Catch and Eat.

After eating 6 steamed crab, you look for other ways to cook/eat it.....

What about Crab & Philly Cheese wontons?

Deshelled crab mixed with finely chopped chives, garlic and bamboo shoots; place a teaspoon of the mix in the center of the wonton, add a half teason of philly cream cheese, appy egg wash on the border, fold in half (corner-to-corner) and press edges to seal. Repeat... repeat.... repeat until you have enough and through them in the deep fryer at 350 degree until golden brown, cool and eat....

However, I can not divulge the recipe of my "Deluxe Crab Omelette"... sorry... I would rather give up my favorite fishing honey-hole that that recipe or my BBQ sauce.....

I could only get a site for Sunday nite, not Saturday nite.  Hopefully these guys are going to leave us some Dungies after Saturday, huh?  My wife and I hunt mushrooms there in Salt Point & we make these Bear's Head (mushroom, Hericium) and Dungeness crab enchiladas with green sauce...it is NorCal bounty itself.  If I can find some of the mushrooms, I'll bring them, and some tortillas, and some tequila...YEEHAH!!
